Frankly and boldly to the authority...

Dear Archbishop,

Greetings! Wish and pray that you are fine along with the people and priests of the diocese. However, i don't feel that fine, especially with you as an archbishop. I feel that you have disillusioned quite many, including me. As the seminarian and young priest i knew you, you have undergone changes unbecoming of a disciple of Jesus. This seemingly started happening since you became an Assistant at the Cathedral Parish and your studies at Loyola and acquaintances with the then ruling front courtiers. However, my only concern was whether i have scandalized you with my open (private) life of which you were privy to. Of this aspect, i never was sorry, for that was because of the later superimpositions the church made over and above the gospel values for the institutional and hierarchical 'security' which Jesus denied categorically to his disciples. This was followed by your ascendance to the diocesan offices seemingly tempting you with episcopacy, which was rather blocked by the ascendance of Christudas as the auxiliary, and your response, if not reaction, was rather shocking. Now, having managed to become the archbishop, you seem to learn nothing but shamelessly depend upon the imported VG even sidelining the auxiliary with enough experiences with your predecessor. It’s a talk of the town that you are an archbishop 'de jure' and while the said VG is the 'de facto' one. The diocese is paying its heavy price of your leading, rather leaping into the quagmire of not prperly thought out, unplanned, unequipped and protracted agitation against a mighty Adani Port with the full support of both the ruling and opposition front of the state and the ruling BJP of the Union Government besides all other communities on the ground. If this was an irrecoverable humiliation to the diocese , you were personally and thoroughly humiliated by the people of Thazhampally on the cemetry issue! Don't you have self-esteem? Even Jesus responded the one who dared to slap him (Jn 18:22-23). Why at all people and priests be made to approach and bear two when they need to have just one? Even now you too seemingly are surrounded by the same courtiers. This is nothing short of humiliation.
