A dream come true like...

People seemingly thought that i was an advocate! At last in the 'Sunday Shalom' of 19.02.2012, Mr. Jerald Miranda compiling his interview with me on Justice Sunday, introduced me as advocate fr. pancretius, parish priest, assumption church, thycaud!

And that seemed to be a wish which got realized yesterday when along with some 243 of LL. B graduates i enrolled myself as an advocate in the Kerala State Bar Council at the Kerala High Court auditorium at about 12.15 p.m. The Enrollment ceremony was presided by the Bar Council President and Mr. K. M. Joseph, Justice at the Kerala High Court was the chief guest who presented us with the Enrollment Certificate. And officially i became an advocate, though the enrollment number will only be send to us after a day or two by post.

Today went to Advocate Celine Wilfred's office as junior along with my friend Mr. Mohan Kumar. She is one of the senior most advocates of Trivandrum Bar Council and was the Government Pleader for almost 15 years, even in the Left Government. She is one of the leading criminal lawyers here. She asked us to go on Wednesday, 12th September to sign and submit 'Vakkalat.' That indeed was a good news for both of us.

However, we wanted to enter some court today itself and went to the Chief District and Sessions Court, but the court seemed to have been wound up. Hence went to the I Addl. District and Sessions Court presided by Ms. K. P. Indira. It was at about 12.45 p.m.

I must strive my best to get justice done to the otherwise unprivileged and under privileged ones, as justice seemed to be God's concern always and everywhere. No one should be denied of justice, especially the poor and the exploited. May i get enough strength to help and guide people to avail justice in time for 'justice denied is justice delayed.' May each and everyone who enrolled today and all the advocates all over, be an effective instrument in the hands of goddess of justice to bring about justice and thereby peace and prosperity.

Besides this we have also registered for LL. M at the MG university as distant education students.
